It is rare that two brothers are captains of their respective teams from different countries and that they meet in a match. When Lyngby and Elfsborg met in The Atlantic Cup that happend when Marcel and Andre Rømer met face to face. In a lively first half Lyngby took the lead after a well taken goal from Tochi Chukwuani. Simon Strand  scored from a nice freekick after 22 minutes but just seconds later Fredrik Grytkjær run through the Swedes defence and put the Danes back in the lead.

In the second half Dane Jeppe Okkels did as he did against FC København in the first match scoring for the Swedes against his country men, this time from the penalty spot just after the hour. 6 minutes later Icelandic international Sævar Atli Magnusson put Lyngby in front again. Both sides changed almost the entire team for the last 30 minutes. Two minutes from the end Gustav Henriksson Made it 3-3 with a header from close range, and a minute later Noah Søderberg scored the winner for Elfsborg.
