AGF won The Atlantic Cup

It was an goal less first half in this years final of The Atlantic Cup, with FCK as the best team.

After break FCK created a great chance after just to minutes but Michael Santos shot was saved by William Eskelinen. 5 minutes later Bror Blume came close for AGF. Both teams created more than they did in the first half, but they struggeled to score. 15 minutes from the end the ball fell to the feets og AGF striker Patrick Mortensen just three meter from the goal line, but he did not manage to hit the ball.

In the 86.minute Mustafa Amini came close to win it for AGF, but his shot from outside the box hit the post. But Amini should get his goal, in injury time he hit the ball well, again from outside the box, and the shot found its way to the back of the net. A great way to win The Trophy.

- I always know that I can score from distance, said a smiling match winner.

FCK coach Ståle Solbakken told theatlanticcup.com that he was very pleased with everything regarding the tournament, and David Nilsen was a proud coach for this years winner.

- We love to beat the teams from Copenhagen
